What better way to look inviting in an outdoor environment than having you own colorful and branded tent? Our trade show tents, otherwise known as pop up tents and canopy tents, are the perfect way to provide your ambassadors as well as your clients shade and coolness during outdoor events. While they might look large, they can actually be set up by one person. (However we recommend stretching out your muscles before attempting!) Our tents are completely toolless. They have telescoping legs that extends and retracts with locking latches. Each tent comes with dye-sublimation graphics and a sturdy carrying case. To complete your exhibition, consider adding some of our feather flags and a custom printed table cover.
If you need to promote your products or brand at an outdoor event like a festival or trade show, you can’t go wrong with our custom printed and branded trade show tents. Pick a size that will cover everything and everybody that will be at your event. It’s great to do an event outdoors because you will not be confined by a booth size. So you can go a bit larger here if you want in case you attract more customers than you anticipated (Which I’m sure you will with our beautiful tents)! Our custom tents comes in one piece, which makes assembly easy. While you are using it, it provide much appreciated shade as well as protection from rain. When you are done with it, your pop up tent simply collapses and fits into it’s storage bag with wheels. The frame is made from sturdy but lightweight anodized aluminum.
Q: What size should I choose for my canopy tent?
A: Generally you would want to maximize the space that you have. Make sure that all your promoters and accessories will fit under the tent. Our most popular option is the 10′ x 10′ size.
Q: How weather resistant are the trade show tents?
A: Our tents are made from durable polyester that is rain proof and UV resistant. We also have metal stakes that anchor the feet to the ground for windy weather. However, it’s not recommended for use in severe weather.
Q: Can I set up the trade show tent myself?
A: Our tents can be set up by a single person. You just have to slowly extend the legs by incremental amounts. For larger tents, it’s better to have two people assemble it.
Q: Can I adjust the height of the pop up tent?
A: Yes, the tent can accommodate different heights up to it’s maximum height.
Q: How Do I set up the trade show tent?
A: You can set up the canopy tent in four simple steps. First, stand the frame up and pull the legs slightly apart. Second, alternating the legs, pull the frame apart slowly until frame is extended. Third unlock the telescoping mechanism on the legs and lift until the appropriate height, click into place to lock the legs. Use the crank to lift the canopy roof. Last check the corner legs to make sure they are secure and add stakes, if necessary.
